Renovation Works On A 3-Storey Semi-Detached House in Tanah Merah

Sliding gate is up at 37EW. The frame was welded on site before it went on. Solar is in as well, lifted up to the roof by crane. Toilets and shower sets are installed in both bathrooms. Moving closer to completion.

Painting has started at 37EW. The ceilings inside and the external walls now have their coat on, scaffold still up. Solar panels go in next week. Four months in, and the long wait now is carpentry and windows.

Rear courtyard tiling at 37EW. Large-format grey tiles laid right across the yard. The access covers are cut in so the grout lines carry straight through them. Work around the courtyard is still going on.

Exterior flooring at 37EW is about 90% done. The last tiles are down with the levelling clips still on. Inside we have started the self-levelling screed, ready for vinyl flooring.

Laying floor tiles across the courtyard on this A&A job. Every gradient is measured so water runs off the way it should. Screed bed goes down first, then the tiles follow the fall. Working doubly hard to keep on schedule.

Internal level 1 tiling is nearly done. Large format tiles laid with levelling clips to keep them flat. Now we move to the external works, rendering and waterproofing the structure at the front. Job at 37 Eastwood Way.

Renovation works on a 3-storey semi-detached house. Over three months of masonry, partition, electrical and plumbing work. Here you can see the ceiling being built up and the floor tiling going in with levelling clips still on. Job is running well and we may finish before the November 2026 completion date.

Work in progress on job 37EW. We are forming the window and door openings and smoothing the wall around them ready for installation. Same job we are laying the floor tiles, set out with levelling clips before grouting. Wiring is still run loose while the rooms are being finished.
