How the maths works: Tiling = area in sqft × $11.80 (labour incl. waterproofing & 24-hr ponding test for wet areas). Wall area = perimeter × 2.7m ceiling height (if you enter sqft directly, we estimate the perimeter from a square room — close enough for an indicative figure). False ceiling = floor area × $4.80. Electrical: light/power $90, data $120, isolated powerpoint (oven/hood/hob) $150, 20A isolator (heater) $250 per point. Excludes tile material unless ticked, and hacking / plumbing / sanitaryware which we quote on site.
